Pierre Peters "Cuvée Spéciale" Les Chétillons Brut Champagne 2016

Pierre Péters and the Grand Cru of Chétillons are basically joined at the hip with the Péters domaine owning the vineyard since 1930. The 2.5-hectare vineyard in Le-Mesnil-sur-Oger is renowned for its chalk and that flavor is propelled through the wine itself.  Great structure, with flavors of candied lemon, brioche, white flowers, sage, pretty citrus and pastries. The houses trademark richness and elegance are on full display.
