“LE FIORAIE”

A polished, classic, and traditional Chianti Classico with a varietal breakdown of 90% Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Ciliegiolo, and Colorino. The fruit is restrained due to a combination of concrete, neutral Slovenian casks and 500L French oak. Black cherries, plums, earth flowers and an almost white wine richness. The tannins speak loudly, but as the importer states, “it is a wine of balance and egoless drinkability.”
