A subtly pungent nose of lemon zest, green apples, gooseberry, elderflower, grass, hawthorn, and capsicum leads into a fresh, crisp palate with a mineral flinty texture, the acidity balanced by a rich mouthfeel, all rounded off by a long spicy finish.
