Pegaso “Zeta” Garnacha Sierra de Gredos 2020

The Sierra de Gredos have been churning out some of the best Grenache/Garnacha in the world and this project by Telmo Rodriguez and friends shows it can be affordable too. Fermented and aged in a combination of large barrels, stainless steel and amphorae the wine’s textural diversity is only amplified by the aromas and flavors. Baking spice, red and black cherries, dried roses, herbs, orange peel, pomegranate and cream of tartar. Purely enjoyable.
