Half Sangiovese, then Merlot and Syrah. Owned/made by Bacio Divino Winery (Pazzo is their "Monday Meatloaf" wine). Pazzo is loaded with red and black cherry, dark raspberry and wild strawberry flavors. Then cocoa, roast coffee, thyme and just a little oak. Medium acidity, light tannins. This is a drink-me-tonight wine.
