A combination of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay the Déthune wines are a blend of rusticity and class. A combination of 30 to 50% of the wine is reserve from 40 different years, while the wine is aged and vinified in 34hl oak, giving it a heavy brioche character. Toasted fruit with sweet spices, quince, peach turnover and a richly textured weight that hints at a higher dosage. Round and creamy with traditional all of the champagne qualities.
