This is the greatest wine that you never knew you needed. The flavors run the gamut of red and black fruits, black cherry, tar and roses, and leather covered cedar box. The region of Coteaux du Loir is located in the north of the Loire and this wine is made from the grape Pineau d’Aunis. A beautiful gathering of acidity, earth, savory, crispness and depth. Light bodied, but 100% serious.
