Pascal Janvier Coteaux du Loir Blanc 2025

Sourced from a 1.4 hectare vineyard with a generous amount of clay giving the wine a plumper texture than limestone driven Loire Valley wines.  A slight biscuit quality from fine lees aging provides a broad/round texture. Baked apple and pears bring out a touch of Chardonnay-like quality with white flowers and jackfruit. Medium acidity keeps it crisp but not bracing
