The minerality truly shines in this wine with vineyard sources of Savigny-les-Beaune, Puligny and a small percentage of Mâcon balancing apples, pears, mild oak, salty acidity and power. The marl limestone provides a vein of sleek texture, cutting through the firm weight of the wine and mild barrel flavors.
