Pascal Clement Bourgogne Rouge 2021

A delicate combination of both Côte de Beaune and Côte D’Or fruit, creating a near translucent crimson color of red cherry, red plum, blackcurrant and light blueberry. 10 months in large 500L barrels let the wine fully express itself while developing.  The aromas are earth heavy with damp meadow notes as well as a wooded forest. More wet soil with mushrooms and a touch of green herbs and gravel. A therapeutic wine of depth and intrigue.
