Heidi Barrett has been making classic, very classy, Napa Cabernet since the early 1990s. Located in the heart of Oakville, the Harris Family has been farming this land since the 70's, and this is a perfect representation the AVA. The wine is big but extremely well balanced, with aromas of black fruit, oak, coffee, clove, and pepper followed by a grainy tannic texture and a round mouthfeel: everything is restrained and well-integrated, yet with a deep, full, very complex structure.
