Paitin Barbaresco Serraboella DOCG 2018

From the prized Serraboella cru in the south of Neive, this is one of the warmest sites, lending accessible fruit in its youth. Unmistakably Nebbiolo in its structure, yet the fruit is soft and pretty, expressing raspberries, roses, cherries, vanilla and herbs. Medium bodied, with underlying earth, minerals and fresh acidity.  While the wine will show further complexities from additional years in the bottle, this wine is enjoyable today with the proper care.
