From the far South of France we get this unique blend of 60% Maccabeu, 20% Grenache Gris, and 20% Grenache Blanc coming from Schist soils. Beautiful flavors showing honeysuckle with white flowers, ginger, citrus zest, and crushed rocks. This wine is full of tension and verve giving it a palate cleansing quality. Razor sharp precision of the structure and flavors carries this wine into the territory of Intense, though not austere.
