Olim Bauda Gavi di Gavi 2021

As always, this is composed of 100% Cortese from the Piedmont community of Gavi. The grape’s trademark fresh and floral qualities are joined by chalky, limestone driven minerals and lemon citrus. Wet concrete, melon, and chamomile hit the palate while well-balanced acidity lingers on the finish in a polished and powerful way. Organically farmed since 2019.
