80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Petite Sirah, 8% Petit Verdot. Literally grown on a Lake County vineyard that’s half a mile above sea level. As with all Obsidian Ridge wines, it’s aged in Hungarian oak giving a spicy kick. Big, dark, and dense, with juicy, ripe black fruits, leading into a smooth palate that’s got sweet spices, licorice, peppercorn, paprika, mocha, and vanilla. This is a rich, mouth-filling, very satisfying Cab.
