Legendary viticulturist Phil Coturri manages the vineyards in a way only he can, biodynamically and never cutting corners. The Chardonnay comes from the coolest block of the estate, it sees 10 months in French oak, 25% of which is new. A crisp style with a dab of vanilla, mountain herbs, pears, white flowers and crisp peaches. The all-encompassing acid is mouthwatering, providing a refreshing, lengthy finish.
