Off-dry in style with acidity that blankets the entirety of the 24g/L RS, this wine is intense. Is it petrol, maybe diesel, could it be two-stroke? It can only be Riesling. Barbecued peaches, pineapple, apricots and elderflowers. Concentrated flavors could use a few years to spread their wings, but the excess of the wine’s entirety can also be embraced today.
