Napa local Brian Newberry takes time off from his day job (not in the wine biz) to make tiny quantities of old world-style wines with a kiss of California sunshine. Ripe, juicy pear, bruised fuji apple, lemon oil, pineapple, ruby grapefruit, racy acid, and a bit oxidative (as a good Chenin ought to be). Makes us crave a good coconut milk curry.
