Loire Valley style with a little more fruit and flesh than most of this style. Get cherry compote, plum sauce, black tea, bay leaf, rosemary. Juicy. Pair with food as you would a fruity, fuller bodied Pinot Noir. Grilled salmon a perfect food match.
