Neil Ellis is a South African wine industry icon with vineyard holdings throughout multiple growing regions. The West Coast Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from Groenekloof near Darling where the soils are decomposed granite and clay soils. An inclusion of 15% Chenin Blanc takes this to the next level with pears, a touch of smoke, kiwis, lime zest and crisp green qualities. A slight viscosity provides structure for the grapefruit acidity.
