The Napa de Pro Chardonnay is sourced from two highly regarded vineyards in Napa Carneros, Truchard and Poseidon Vineyards. Classic California Chardonnay aromas are immediately noticeable, but the oak miraculously does not translate to a rich and weighty texture. Instead, the acidity stands up to the 60% New French oak, finding a style that is both oaky and crisp. Baking spices, baked apples, tangerines and browned butter aromas.
