Muralhas de Moncao Vinho Verde 2016

Rock-solid co-op making this lightly delicious Vinho Verde from the area’s best two sub-regions, Monção and Melgaço. The two grapes are Alvarinho and Treixadura, for a little body and weight. Very fresh on the nose with aromas of green apples, lemons, and freshly cut grass, and an acidic palate that has a nice mineral texture that backs up the mouth-watering freshness. A touch of spice at the end finishes the wine off.
