Mousse Fils Blanc de Noirs Brut Perpetuelle L’Or D’Eugene

Perpetual reserves have much in common with solera, but they are not identical. Made with 95% Meunier and 5% Pinot Noir, this Champagne is singing with fresh fruit and floral aromatics making it a joy to drink. The new wine adds freshness to the depth of the "old wines" from 2003, featuring apricot and orchard fruits, lemon peel, white flower blossoms, tangerine and red fruits.  Mineral driven, expressive, and an absolute pleasure.
