55% Syrah, 45% Grenache. Organic "Estate" Vineyard in the Languedoc. 10 hours on the skins, then bled off and fermented in tank. Perfect Southern French salmon skin/peach skin color. Smell & taste wild strawberries, mandarin orange, white peppercorns and just-picked plums. Perfect Pink Pleasure.
