Moreau Naudet AC Chablis 2018 MAGNUM

This cult-like Chablis is produced biodynamically, 100% hand harvested, and uses natural yeast fermentation.  This natural style and attention in the vineyards gives the wine a plumpness without sacrificing any of the Chablisienne oyster-shell minerality and salty acid.  Crisp stone fruits, density without weight, and a lemon-zest quality. A producer that should gain more and more notoriety… if there was more wine to go around.
