Winery named after the town where this vineyard lies (middle of town). Made by famous Burgundy winemaker Andre Porcheret. Graped destemmed and fermented in wood vats. Aged in 10% new French oak. Smell and taste red plums, ripe cranberries, griotte, pomegranate, Darjeeling tea, red roses, earth, wild herbs...bright and tangy, modest tannins. Without a doubt this is Red Burgundy.
