Montanaro Vermouth di Torino NV

Made from white wine and a small base of Marsala using a traditional recipe, this is an especially aromatic vermouth – apples, pears, figs, fruitcake, chamomile, roses, lavender, honey, anise, cinnamon, and wormwood leap out of the glass. Its slight sweetness on the palate (25g/L) and rich, creamy mouthfeel is offset by a bitter edge. Great acidity gives the vermouth lift and freshness. Drink on ice.
