Napa native Trent Moffett sold his family winery in 2005 (now Dana Estates) to focus his energies on Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. Whole cluster pressed, quick saignee, bone dry. Get strawberry, watermelon, rose petals, fresh herbs and zippy acid. Pairs beautifully with salad, light seafood dishes, and a warm evening on the porch with good friends.
