Mitja Sirk Tocai Friulano Bianco Venezia Giulia IGT 2022

With the encouragement of the legendary winemaker Josko Gravner, Mitja Sirk began making wine when he was just 11 years old. Seven years under Gravner’s supervision later, and Sirk has honed his focus onto one grape: Tocai Friulano. For this bottling, he opted for longer aging on the lees to create a clear and direct wine with stone fruit, pear and yellow apple flavors, and a creamy, waxy texture balanced by crisp acidity.
