Minus Tide Rose of Carignan Mendocino 2018

The fruit for this delicious, refined rosé comes from 110-year-old Carignan vines west of Hopland in Mendocino, where it’s cooler and the grapes are organically dry-farmed. The wine is fermented with native yeast, so there’s great depth and concentration. The nose is particularly pretty, with aromas of rose petals, red fruits, and dried herbs leading on to a palate with fresh acidity and a gentle grip.
