The 113-year-old dry-farmed Carignan from the Feliz Creek vineyard in Mendocino creates a crisp expression without the tart acidity often associated with the grape. The fruit was harvested from the head-trained vines specifically for rosé, creating a lightly creamy texture with white peach, watermelon, wild strawberry and a surprisingly earthy/savory note. The acidity is perfectly integrated unraveling slowly after each sip while not being overly intense. 160 cases produced.
