“MANCHESTER RIDGE”
A Chardonnay that screams coolclimate, with citrusy freshness and acute acidity. made with native yeast and aged in neutral French puncheons for 14 months, the wine is surprisingly fresh, showcasing the Wente clone aromatics: tart pineapple, lemon meringue, green apple and pear. The wine overall is medium bodied with a long dry finish of mouthwatering salinity. It’s not unoaked, but it’s pretty darn close.
