Minato Harbor Nama Genshu

Here’s a sake with a bang. Unpasteurised and undiluted, it comes in at a whopping 21% ABV – the power of this sake is reflected in the big canned packaging. With a full-bodied palate, there are plenty of rich aromas: biscuit, nuts, dough, baking apples, juniper, mushroom, and nutmeg, with a long, spicy finish. Despite that power and intensity, this is a wonderfully balanced, expressive sake. Serve chilled.
