“CLOS REAS”

The walled in vineyard has been in the Gros Family since 1860, located on hillock that overhangs the Réas valley. The unique soils of limestone blocks with alternated marls is located on a well-drained slope. From the importer: “Aromatically the wine has notes of brambly berry fruits, spiced with cinnamon and cloves, as well as a hint of thanksgiving herbs. On the palate, the wine has red and black currants as well as tight but balancing tannins.“
