The Girault Family has 16 hectares in Bué near the town of Sancerre, sourcing from all three soil types: Silex, Caillottes and Terre Blanche. Various citrus fruits hint at the acidity, with expressive stone fruits and tropical notes. There is a small amount of pyrazines, blending nicely with the apple, pear, and minerals. A perfect Sancerre at a very affordable price.
