Vin Jaune from the Jura, French Alps. Made from the Savagnin grape. Aged 75 months in neutral Burgundy barrels. A taste experience. Salty, citrus zest, nutty, citric...hard to explain really. It's very much an acquired taste. Best drinking 2027-2040.
