Mayacamas Chardonnay Napa 2020

This is Chardonnay is almost anti-California, with a light-weight profile, bright acidity, and a streak of minerality. No oak and butter to be had here, but there is still a distinct barrel note! Lemon oil, almond, dried flowers, baked apple, pear and browned caramel flavors. Citrus and mouthwatering acidity tie the wine together. The wine should have no problems aging another 10 years or so.
