Massican Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley 2022

The Massican Blue is rooted in the original pigment of Pompeiian Blue, seen in time worn Frescoes and historical artifacts in the south of Italy. Sourced from two vineyards in Napa and one in Sonoma with huge diurnal swings to preserve the natural tension of the grape. This wine is ultra clean with notes of green apple, marjoram, herbs, and a light minerality reminiscent of pomelo. A crisp wine that has great potential as a food pairing to a variety of cuisine.
