Massican "Gemina" White Wine California 2017

With a relatively low alcohol of just 12%, this is a very unusual blend of 77% Pinot Grigio and 23% Greco di Tufo – a grape well-suited to the hot growing conditions in 2017. A very fresh, creamy nose leads into a light, acidic palate with tropical aromas of pineapple and a stone, mineral texture. There’s a lightness and delicacy to this wine, yet with a simultaneous richness which makes the wine so appealing and beguiling.
