79% Pinot Grigio, 21% Greco (best known in Campania Italy: Greco di Tufo) Fantastically "bright" and lemony. "Orange blossoms, salinity and sea rocks," are some descriptors from owner/winemaker Dan Petroski. Indeed, no holds barred in this pure, shining, intense white wine that demands raw oysters and/or green curry mussels. Very limited.
