Massican "Annia" White Wine California 2017

Of all the Massican whites, this may be our favorite. Drawing on Dan Petroski’s love of Italian whites, it’s a unique blend of 55% Ribolla Gialla, 39% Fruilano, and 6% Chardonnay. That blend really hits the sweet spot: rich, creamy, and toasty, with sweet spice and tropical aromas, given extra weight from lees ageing. That richness is offset by a light, fresh delicacy coming from the acidity and careful winemaking. A wine of integral, balanced structure.
