65% Corvina, 20% Rondinella, 15% Molinara. Direct descendants of Dante Alighieri have been making this wine in the traditional way for many generations. 110 days “appassimento,” aged 3 years in Slovenian oak, 5 months in cherry barrels (all ancient, upright casks).
