Mas Doix “Les Crestes” Priorat 2019

Priorat saw a heat wave that lasted through most of the summer in 2019, providing the organic Grenache (80%), Syrah (10%) and Carignan (10%) a beautiful “Drink me now” characteristic. Violets, purple plums, blueberries, dusty herbs and raspberry liqueur are both juicy and dry.  The llicorella/slate soils provide a minerality to the wine that cuts through the fruit and keeps the wine refreshing and active on the palate.
