Lots of different varietals from the estate’s organic vineyards make up this near-iconic French Mediterranean red: Carignane, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Syrah just to start. Bright red fruits (pomegranate, cherry) lead the way, followed shortly by denser, darker notes of blackberry and baked plum. Baking spices, black tea tannins and firm minerality. Sausage pizza and herb-roasted chicken sound like an ideal matches to us.
