Mas de Daumas Gassac Blanc St-Guilhem-le-Desert 2017

Legendary Languedoc producer based in the beautiful St-Guilhem-le-Desert IGP. The eclectic blend is 36% Petit Manseng, 24% Viognier, 24% Chardonnay, 16% Chenin Blanc, all co-fermented. This is a rich, creamy, round, aromatic wine, full of white flowers, crushed pepper, and stone fruits. It’s gently chewy and granular on the palate, with a long finish. There is Such depth to this wine which will last another ten years.
