65% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 13% Mourvedre, 2% blend of Carignane, Counoise, Terret Noir and Vaccarese. Organic estate vineyard on the slopes of the Dentelles de Montmirail, east of Gigondas. Fermented on indigenous yeast in cement tanks. Get and intense flavors of plum jam, raspberry, strawberry, sage, lavender, garrigue. Uplifting acid and fine, sweet tannins. Roast chicken sounds just about perfect.
