Here’s something you don’t see every day: pét-nat Gamay. It’s made from 40 to 80-year-old vines by Fleurie-based producer Marc Delienne. Alcohol is just 10%, making this a light, refreshing, and very approachable wine. Acidity is high and extremely fresh, with lots of fruity aromas – green and red apples, pear, lemon, and grapefruit – as well as some subtle, spicy, cinnamon aromas.
