The winery was founded in 2016 by UC Davis graduate Theodore’s Makarounas, putting his knowledge of oenology and viticulture, along with his families farming legacy to use, by creating great wine in the vineyard. Aromas of fruit leather, red cherries, blackberries, and a slightly reductive damp cellar aroma. The use of stainless steel allows the crystal gypsum, clay, and limestone soils shine while staying true to the grape and the Island’s East Asian location.
