Maison Roche de Bellene Vosne-Romanee VV 2020

Vosne-Romanée is the epicenter of elite Red Burgundy. Home to seven grands crus, there is no other village in Burgundy that combines such intensity of flavor with refinement of structure. Ripe cherry, asian spice and raspberries are light and elegant on the palate. The tannins play a minor role initially, perhaps overwhelmed by the aromas of wildflowers and oak, but they slowly unwind with a firm, lingering finish of lively minerality.
