A Peter Heitz and Scott Palazzo blend of 78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot and 2%Malbec which lends itself to be consumed in its youth or cellared for ten years. Plush fruits of blackberries, plums and black currants with a velvety weight and silky mouth feel. Expressive aromas of lavender with well-integrated oak, expressing itself as chocolate and cedar box aromas adding to the fruit and providing a nice level of elegant tannins.
